Esther Chinyere Grey-Origho is the visionary founder of Esther Grey School, a thriving nursery and primary school in Nigeria dedicated to nurturing global leaders through academic excellence, patriotism, moral integrity, and character formation. Established in 2023 as a small playhouse for children aged 18 months to 5 years, the school has rapidly evolved into a comprehensive educational centre serving infant, nursery, and primary pupils in Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria.

A passionate social entrepreneur and advocate for national transformation, Esther believes that education remains one of the most powerful instruments for societal renewal. Her unwavering commitment to improving the standard and quality of education in Nigeria has positioned her as a leading voice in innovative learning models that integrate values-based education with 21st-century skills.

Beyond the classroom, Esther’s impact extends through her gospel ministry and community initiatives. She has spearheaded numerous outreach projects, including scholarship programs for underprivileged children, support for orphanages, and free exchange programs that give children from low-income schools exposure to broader learning experiences.

An experienced educationist and certified coach, teacher, trainer, and speaker, Esther is also a minister of God’s love, entrepreneur, author, wife, and mother. Through her mentorship platform, Unashamed Woman, she inspires and empowers women globally to embrace God’s love, purpose, and influence.
