Admissions are open

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

We are excited to announce that the journey toward academic excellence at Esther Grey School has officially begun—admissions are now open for all classes! We invite you to join our vibrant school community that nurtures and develops young minds.

Application Timing

You can collect your admission form at the Esther Grey School office. Forms are available for pickup every Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during school sessions. During holiday periods, admission forms can be acquired from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We advise arriving early to avoid any last-minute rush.

First Come, First Served Basis

We encourage all parents and guardians to act swiftly, as admissions are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. With spaces filling up quickly, it is crucial to secure your child’s place as soon as possible to avoid missing out on being part of the Esther Grey School family. Taking this important step now will help pave the way for a bright and promising future for your child.

Assessment and Interview Process

Once your admission form is submitted, the date for your child’s assessment will be communicated directly to the parents. An interview will then be scheduled, which both parents and the candidate must attend. Please note that attending an interview does not guarantee placement at Esther Grey School.

Offer Letter

Following the assessment and interview, successful candidates will receive an offer letter via email. Parents must respond promptly to this offer to secure their child’s admission.

Eligibility for Year 7 Admission

For those looking to enroll in Year 7 for the 2025/2026 academic session, please note that only pupils who will be 11 years old by August 31, 2025, are eligible for entry.
